Printer connection links

Hello,

I’m testing your Network Diagram software.
After scanning our network, it doesn’t seem to locate the printers and connect them to the switch’s.
Are there any options for the software to query the switches and gain MAC addresses of the devices connected?

Thanks for your interest to our product.

Are those printers network ones?
Were the printers detected but not connected by lines?

MAC addresses can be displayed by other our network mapping program - 10-Strike LANState Pro (it has the same network mapping and drawing engine but can monitor and manage mapped devices). You can click a device on the map by the right mouse button and select in the context menu "SNMP Information", then "Connection Table".
