Adding Network Devices to Map

You can add new devices to your map manually using the context menu item Add device… That will open the Add device window. Specify the required fields on the form (name, network address, device type, and comment) and close the window using the OK button. The new device will be added to the map. The system will check the device (whether it is available or not) before adding it to the map (if the Check host right after adding option is selected); this may cause some delay.

You can find more details about this form parameters in the Editing Device Properties topic.
