Headers and footers
- Width: Width of the header or footer.
- First page's number: You can set page number for first page here.
- Page number: Number of the current page will be printed.
- File name: Name of the current file will be printed.
- Date: Current date will be printed.
- Time: Current time will be printed.
Type
- Header: Information will be printed at the top of the page.
- Footer: Information will be printed at the bottom of the page.
