License Agreement

* This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you, the end-user, and 10-Strike Software ("Author"). By using this software or storing this program ("10-Strike Network File Search") on a computer hard drive (or other media), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

* If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement you must remove 10-Strike Network File Search files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

* Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use 10-Strike Network File Search, you must order a license.

* To order a license, you should fill in the online registration form and pay a registration fee to the authorized registration site. See Registration for details.

* Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use 10-Strike Network File Search on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time.

- Single License or Single PC License means that you may install and use the software on one computer at a time.

- Site License means an unlimited usage of the program in one location.

- Enterprise, World, or Multi-Site License means an unlimited usage of the program in any location.

- IT Service Provider (MSP) License means that you can install the program on a laptop and provide inventory or auditing service of computers to third-party companies (and then export the gathered data to a database or create reports).

* One year of free updates is provided to registered users.

* One year of techical support is provided via email for free to registered users.

* Another year of free updates can be purchased at 20% cost of the full license cost.

* This software may be distributed freely on online services, bulletin boards, or other electronic media, and on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media as long as the distribution package is not modified.

* You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce this software to a human perceivable form. You may not modify, rent or sell for profit this software, or create derivative works based upon this software.

* This License Agreement (including the product) is not transferable. You may not lend, loan, lease, rent, sell or distribute the product (or copies) in any form, except for reselling, when the license key is registered immediately to the end-user company name. The single PC license can be re-registered if the licensee company is taken over by another company. The Site and Enterprise licenses cannot be transferred or re-registered to another company.

* You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows.
