If you did not find a solution for your issue or you have found a bug, please contact us using this email address support@10-strike.com or contact our technical support team using this online feedback form and you will get answer shortly.

 

Please include the following information in the message:

  • Program name and version.
  • Detailed description of your problem (or bug).
  • Your operating system type and version.
  • If you are a registered user, please remind us about this.

 

Please do not send large attachments (log files, etc.) unless specially asked to do so.

Please send screenshots in the PNG or JPG image formats, pack SNMP dumps and large log files to ZIP or RAR archives.
