Finding objects on the map

arrow To run a search, right-click on the map screen area and then select the item Find on map or - on the program's main menu, select the item Edit | Find on map. In the window that appears, on the Search by field list, select the object's property (name, address, MAC address, signature, etc.) and then in the box enter the value by which the search is to be done, and then click OK. On successful search, the program displays the appropriate notification, and the object is highlighted with flashing bright green boundaries. The search is case-insensitive. You can search by substring (enter part of the host name).

When the program starts, it detects detects users logged on the current map's computers. This allows you to search for computers where a particular user is logged in.
